Where ideas don't go to die.
Got Motiv shows you what's working for the people you follow, measured against their own usual. It turns that into pillars and topics, helps you write and make the next piece with the AI you connect, and keeps track of what works for you, so a good idea never quietly stops. You approve every paid call.

Following
Know what’s working before you make anything
Follow people and brands as Competitors or Inspiration. Got Motiv measures every post you have from them against that person’s own usual, so a small account’s breakout counts as much as a big one’s. Opening a page never spends: it reads what you’ve already saved.
Outlier ×
Every post, against that person’s usual
The Outlier × is a post’s views divided by the median of that person’s last 30 saved posts. Under 2× it’s plain, from 2× it’s outlined in lime, and from 5× it’s solid.
It waits for 5 posts before it measures anyone, never measures against fewer than 1,000 views, and compares a YouTube video only with videos of a similar age. Posts younger than 48 hours say Too new instead of guessing.
Select up to 20 posts to put them on a canvas, run a workflow on them, save them to a board, or ask Chat about them in the dock beside the feed.

6.0×their usual
Usual is the median of their last 30 saved posts. Small accounts and big ones are judged on their own scale.
Person pages
When they post, and when it works
Each person gets a page, across up to 20 of their profiles: posts a week, usual views, hit rate (the share of their posts that reach 2× their usual) and their best day and time, each with yours beside it.
How often shows 13 weeks of their posting with yours as a lime line. Best days and times maps every weekday and 3-hour block against their own usual, with the best one outlined.

Pick up to four people and Compare lines you up on the same public numbers: how often, usual views, engagement and hit rate. Then pillar share, and a topic grid that marks a Gap (they win, you haven’t posted) and Your edge (you do best). Three takeaways are worked out from the numbers, with no AI.
The Hook Lab posts 2.4× as often as you.
Your posts reach 2× your usual most often: 24% of them.

Library
Search everywhere. Keep what’s good.
Library › Search reaches TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, the Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad libraries, Reddit, X, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Bluesky and more, through your ScrapeCreators key. Each search shows its price before it runs.
Everything you fetch is kept, with notes, tags and boards. Tag posts on your own dimensions (format, hook type, angle, awareness and more); AI suggests tags and you accept them.
Insights turn saved posts into a hook bank, a scorecard, a brief or a weekly digest that cites its sources and keeps its earlier versions.

Strategy
Pillars, topics, and the gaps nobody’s filled
Give each pillar a target share of your posts and see where this month stands. Every topic gets a demand score built from five parts (Pull, Questions, Momentum, Room and Fit), what you’ve posted on it, and how your competitors did. A part with no evidence is left out, never counted as zero, and a topic below the bar waits on a Watchlist.

What works
Ideas that worked don’t quietly stop
It’s easy to find something that works, chase the next shiny idea, and quietly stop doing the thing that worked. Got Motiv is built to catch that.
It reads your own posts through your Zernio account and judges each pattern (a series, a format, a hook type) against your own median on that platform. Winners stay in Keep running; one that’s cooling gets a nudge to try a variation.
When a pattern that worked goes quiet for about twice its usual gap, with nothing planned, it opens a cold case and asks if you want it back. Your plan keeps a mix of proven posts, variations and new tests (70, 20 and 10 to start), so trying something new never means dropping what works.
That’s the name: Got Motiv keeps you making what works, and keeps you motivated.

Canvases
Write it with everything it needs in view
A canvas holds the project’s Direction, Script and Proof beside the sources and tools that feed them: saved posts, an analysis, an image: the evidence board for one piece. Wires carry each card’s output to the next, every canvas has its own Chat that reads the cards, and Send to Content carries the script and angles into a card.
Start blank or from a starter. Same recipe, new topic copies a canvas’s setup, never its results.

Images and video, price first
Pick a model and its price per take is right there. The total is worked out before you press anything, and Generate re-reads the live price and asks you to approve it. Reuse any take’s prompt and settings for the next one.
Images run on your OpenRouter key. Video runs on OpenRouter, fal or Higgsfield, with each provider’s price side by side, so you can pick the cheapest. Prices in this example are illustrative.

Chat
Skills that know your brand
Type / for a skill: /hooks, /angles, /pillars, /strategy and eight more, or write your own. Chat reads your brand kit, your Library and the canvas you point it at, and shows each step it took.
Retry keeps both answers behind a ‹ 1/2 › switcher, Fork from here starts a new thread without losing this one, and Broadcast sends one message to several models so you can compare. With Pro, agent mode takes up to 12 steps a message to draft canvases, workflows and Content cards for you to keep or undo.
Thought for 4 s
Five hooks from the three winners, in Northwind’s voice (no hype words, proof first):
- 1“Your ads aren’t broken. Your angle is.”
- 2“We tested 40 hooks. Three beat our control.”
- 3“Stop testing colours. Test this instead.”
- 4“The $18 CPA came from one sentence.”
- 5“Steal the hook, not the ad.”

Workflows
Research that runs while you work
Build a workflow from app actions, where each ScrapeCreators and Zernio endpoint is its own step with its own logo, plus AI steps, cards, Save as Insight and notifications. Or start from a recipe that shows its worst-case credits up front.
Start it on a schedule, when a card enters a column, when new Library items or a brand’s new ad arrive, or when a pattern goes cold. To let it spend without asking each time, arm a standing approval with a cap per run and per week, for 7 to 90 days. It pauses the moment the steps or a price change. Workflows never publish.

Agents · Pro
Helpers that only ever draft
Give an agent a job and a budget, and wake it on a schedule, on a card’s date or when a card moves. Starters include a Trend scout, a Repurposer, a Strategist, a Performance analyst and a Planner. Each tool it can use is Allowed, Ask first (the default) or Off.
Agents make drafts only: they never publish, arm a trigger or raise their own budget. Anything that needs you (a paid step, a question, a note worth remembering) waits in the Inbox. Agents wake only while Got Motiv is open or in the tray.

Content and publishing
Plan the week. Review the exact post.
Every piece is a card: on a board with up to 12 columns of your own, on a week or month calendar, or in a table, with the Pillars bar showing this month against your targets. Write the caption once and change it per platform. Publishing goes through your own Zernio account, and every post, or a batch of up to 50, gets a review of the exact text, accounts and time first.
